What I Collect

When you reach out, sign up for my newsletter, or make a purchase, I may collect your name, email address, and any information you share with me directly. I also collect basic technical data like IP address and browser type, which is standard for any website.

How I Use It

I use your information to respond to you, deliver the services you've hired me for, and occasionally send you things I think you'll find genuinely useful — resources, updates, and offers related to my work. I will never sell or rent your information to anyone.

You can unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time.

Keeping It Safe

I take reasonable precautions to store your information securely. That said, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and I want to be honest with you about that.

  • This website is hosted and built on Squarespace. Their privacy policy lives at squarespace.com/privacy.

Working Together

Pricing & Scope

All quotes are subject to change and are not a guarantee of final pricing. Services are not limited to what's listed — every project is a little different. Revisions beyond what's included in your package are billed at my hourly rate.

Payments

Projects are billed in three installments: one-third due at contract signing to hold your place on my schedule, one-third at the midpoint, and the final third before your files are delivered or your site goes live. The initial payment is non-refundable.

Due to the nature of creative work, I'm not able to offer refunds or exchanges once a project is underway. Rush projects may be subject to an additional fee.

Timelines

I ask that clients stay responsive throughout the process — returning questionnaires, feedback, content, and images on time helps keep your project on track. Delays on the client side may push your timeline back or result in additional charges.

Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing all final content for accuracy, grammar, and technical correctness before approving. I'm not liable for errors discovered after final approval, and corrections made at that stage may incur additional costs.

Platforms & Licensing

Squarespace hosting and domain registration are purchased directly by you, the client. Fonts, stock photography, and printing are not included in project pricing but can be sourced and added to your invoice.

Portfolio & Promotion

I reserve the right to feature completed work in my portfolio and use it for promotional purposes, including on social media and my website.
